1. Program description. When you register for an event, class, or program with Awakened Health Academy and provide your mobile phone number with your consent, you will receive text message reminders and notifications about the events you have registered for, as well as recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages about our programs, events, and products. You will only receive marketing messages if you have given your prior express written consent at sign-up.

2. Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase. Providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages is optional. You can register for and attend any event, class, or program, and make any purchase, without opting in to text messages.

3. Message frequency. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies based on the events you register for and our program updates. You can opt out at any time (see Section 5).

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details about your plan.

5. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To re-join, reply START or opt in again through one of our registration forms.

6. Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any message we send you, or contact us directly at info@awakenedcollective.com.

7. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information — including our commitment that no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes — see our Privacy Policy at https://awakenedhealthacademy.com/privacy/.

9. Changes to these terms. We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
